Breaking it down

Hello my loves! Let’s put some respect on August and treat it like the precious commodity it is, the month is flying by. Don’t forget, if you’re stuck, sometimes the answer can be as simple as, be still.  Unproductive activities won’t free us, it just sinks us faster.  When we are in our process and the next step isn’t clear or we believe that a lack of resources is holding us back, the tendency is to engage in a lot of activity.  This only fuels frustration because the activity doesn’t always equal productivity.  If you’re overwhelmed by the next step, take a bit of time to identify targeted actions that will move you forward.  As always, thanks for spending some time with me, and keep on keeping on.
