After winter must come spring
Hello, vision and purpose seekers. We had a snowstorm a couple of weeks ago that closed schools and created roadblocks all over the city. If you were brave enough to go out, you’d quickly realize that visibility was low, and it took more than twice as long to get anywhere. While some folks felt it was par for the course, others thought it was a bit overwhelming. The amount of snow that fell in some areas was record-setting, cars were abandoned on highways, and it created a logistic challenge of where to put all that snow. Personal storms, not unlike climate-related storms can bring challenges that are not only challenging but also debilitating. You might feel disoriented, unsure of the path forward, and doubtful of the outcome, but after winter must come spring. Don’t allow your present storm to diminish your faith and cloud your vision. Remember, anchor yourself to your Creator, the vision giver, and know that not every storm that comes your way is meant to destroy you.
